Coming soonThe Founding Firm plan is billed per firm, not per user, and is month-to-month in USD. A ten-person tax office with multiple locations pays the same monthly rate as a solo preparer. You get the client portal, document requests, e-sign, inbox, appointment scheduling, intake forms, invoicing, and access to all features included in the Founding Firm plan while your subscription remains active. Cancel by emailing [email protected]. If the subscription lapses, a later return is billed at the then-current list price. Sales tax may be added where required. Card fees on client invoice payments are Stripe’s, charged on client payments — not extra HeyRoca seats. A custom order is for scoped extras beyond this plan.
Starter is the standard list price for firms that join after the founding window. It includes everything in Founding Firm. Founding members keep $30/month for as long as their subscription stays active.
