HeyRoca Founding Firm Plan
The Founding Firm plan is how new independent tax and accounting firms start on HeyRoca CRM: $30 per month, billed per firm, month-to-month in USD. The rate stays locked while the subscription remains active.
What is included
One subscription covers offices and staff on this plan — no per-seat or per-office fee. You get the client portal, document requests, e-sign, inbox, appointment scheduling, intake forms, invoicing, and access to all features included in the Founding Firm plan while the subscription remains active. Uploads are 10 MB each. There are no other hard usage caps today; we will notify you before introducing any.
Cancel and later return
Cancel by emailing [email protected]. If the subscription lapses, a later return is billed at the then-current list price. Sales tax may be added where required. Card fees on client invoice payments are Stripe’s, not extra HeyRoca seats.
Starter
Starter is $125 per month after the founding window and includes everything in Founding Firm. Full cards and the custom-order path are on the pricing page.
